Currently, Angell's hourly rate is $125 plus tax. As a private space with just one artist, it offers a calm and comfortable atmosphere, allowing for full undivided attention without the usual busy buzz of multiple tattoo artists and clients you might find in typical tattoo shops in Warren, Ohio.
